Scaramouchine was not feeling good while in Bagan.  The only food she really craved was ice cream and that was difficult to get.  Finally, on her last day in Bagan, Scaramouchine went to the Black Bamboo at Nyuang U and found the best Rum and Raisin Ice Cream she had ever licked.
