A Tale of Two Proms

At the end of the school year, Scaramouchine has been invited to two international school graduation parties.  One was for a Chinese division international school and one was for an English division grad party.  As Scarmouchine rarely says no to food, and likes to get dressed up and dance, she attended both.

The English division party was held in a downtown Shanghai hotel, quite glamorous with a beautiful view of downtown Shanghai and  a generous buffet with a mix of east-west food and dancing!

The Chinese division held a banquet-style dinner, where the students, the parents and the teachers were served prettily arranged, although rather skimpy, Chinese dishes and the students swilled beer in celebration.
