Scaramouchine has never met a cuisine she didn’t like. The cuisine of Burma was no exception. Spicy curries, tart salads, fresh seafood and salty condiments. Prior to arriving in Myanmar Scaramouchine perused Naomi Duguid’s “Rivers of Flavour”. In Yangon Scaramouchine loved “Feel Myanmar” and the “Danu Phyu Daw Saw Yee Myanma Restaurant”.
